"We Deserve a World Without War" is both a statement for peace and the title of Marcus Amaker's 11th poetry book.Join Marcus ~ Charleston's first poet laureate and a South Carolina Literary Hall of Fame inductee ~ as he reads from this new collection and shares the inspiration behind his poems.The book is a 4-by-7-inch, pocket-sized visual art book featuring Marcus's handwritten notes and other personal touches. Copies will be available for purchase at the event, and Marcus will be signing them.
Participants will have access to shop the store after hours with the added treat of 10% the total purchase. Consignment items not included.
